At Boutiques on the Avenue, we do our best to ship In-stock products within 24 hours via USPS Priority Mail unless specified otherwise by you. Priority mail usually arrives within 2-3 business days as long as items are shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Allow an extra 2 days for Hawaii, Alaska, and P.R. You will be notified by email within 24 hours if any items are out of stock. You will be given the following options: to have your money refunded for that item, to reselect another item, or to hold your order for that item and ship as soon as it becomes available. On average, out of stock items become available within 1 - 2 weeks from the date of your order. The exceptions are custom made products that are imported from another country.
All items are gift wrapped and enclosure cards are free and inscribed per your request. In addition, we stock several full-size counter cards for any occasion and these can be purchased for an additional fee of $3.50 each. Please provide us with the inscription either on your order or by emailing me directly at julielee@boutiquesontheavenue.com
Drop shipping is available - please make a notation on your order that your order is being dropped shipped to a gift recipient if you do not want a packaging slip enclosed with your order. Customarily, we'll pick up on this with a varying "ship to", but it is best to draw our attention to the order as well.
We do ship Internationally, please inquire further for fees and regulations on customs restrictions.
We have a "Love it or Leave it" guarantee. If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply email us for a return address and we will refund your money promptly once the return is received.
